With the Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe weekend less than two weeks away I am lucky enough to be heading to Newmarket this week to visit some of the leading international contenders.

 A visit to Sir Michael Stoute’s yard to see last year’s Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe winner Workforce on the gallops is on the programme as well as the opportunity to encounter, other possible Group One contenders for Arc weekend, Dream Ahead and Prohibit. I will of course be writing a blog update on my return to report on everything I have seen during my visit to British racing’s “Headquarters” and the interviews will feature on Equidia in the run up to Arc weekend.
